AI-Generated KPI Configuration

Once AI generation completes, the platform automatically creates business KPIs, conversation categories, and scoring logic tailored to the selected industry.

Figure 4 — AI Generated KPI & Category Configuration. After selecting an industry (e.g. Healthcare & Medical), the platform auto-generates conversation categories, Template KPIs with targets, and lead scoring logic — all tailored to the selected industry.

AI-generated KPIs typically include:

  • Appointment or booking KPIs.
  • Customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Response time tracking.
  • Lead qualification scoring.
  • Intent conversion monitoring.

Lead Scoring & Business Categories

The AI engine automatically classifies conversations into Hot, Warm, and Cold lead scoring keywords, phrases, and intent analysis.
