Define the IVR flow, welcome prompt, keypress mapping, voice, language and execution window.

Notes

Enumerated values used in campaign configuration include ssmlGender (MALE, FEMALE), language (en-IN, hi-IN), and keypress action (PlayPrompt, Repeat). See Conventions.
