Outbound Voice Platform
Run automated outbound calling campaigns at scale. A campaign is configured once, then executed repeatedly by uploading phone numbers.
What you can build
- Simple OBD. A pre-recorded voice broadcast with no caller interaction.
- Responsive OBD and IVR. Keypress capture, prompt playback, repeat and live call transfer.
- Dynamic TTS IVR. Prompts synthesised at call time from per-lead metadata.
- Voice Bot. Conversational AI campaigns executed against a configured bot.
How a campaign works
- Create a header. Define the metadata fields that travel with each phone number, and how each is spoken during playback.
- Create a campaign. Define the IVR flow, welcome prompt, keypress mapping, voice, language and execution window.
- Register a webhook. Optional. Push call detail records and lead metadata to your platform or CRM on call completion.
- Execute. Upload phone numbers with metadata, retry policy and dialling schedule. This is the recurring step.
